All our puppies come with age appropriate vaccines, wormed multiple times, veterinarian checked, up-to-date on vaccines by a licensed veterinarian, Health Guarantee, tails docked show length, dew claws removed, and Microchipped. All our puppies are raised using ENS and puppy culture methods. They will be started on potty trained outside

If you are a breeder looking to add to your line. I do not sell full registration very often. If I did it would be a co-owned agreement.

Serious and committed families can get on our puppy list with a $1000 deposit. All deposits are held for 18 months. I will explain as best as I can—You are required to commit to a litter, follow thru with the purchase of a puppy in a 18 month period. Unless we don’t have the sex availability in a litter. The 18 months does not apply. I don’t want to hold deposits for years is all this is meant to do. Prevents people from repeatedly passing on perfectly good litters of puppies. All puppies are sold on a spay/neuter, pet only contracts. Breeder has 1st pick of any litter. Usually, this is planned. See our waitlist on the bottom of the Planned litters page.

I understand I may have to wait until the next litter for a specific sex or color. Your deposit will move to the next litter if we don’t have the color or sex you are looking for. I don’t breed for every color. I usually only have black and brown. Check to see if I am expecting any of those other colors before submitting this application.

Color in any specific litter is never guaranteed

Preferred color—Please try to be flexible on color to ensure you’re getting the baby that fits your life style. Often personality doesn’t come in the color you want. Personality is what you have to live with, color should always be secondary. Placing a deposit based on color you are doing so knowing you may have to wait. While some litters I expect color doesn’t mean I will get it. Deposits are non-refundable. Petra litter will produce puppies with white on them, some will have more then others . Again I don’t have control over it.

Please keep in mind weather predicts our ability to ship cargo. Summer litters often cannot be shipped cargo. Please have a back up plan. This is not our responsibility. We offer it, but no guarantee we will be able to if weather is above 80 or below 20 degrees. Delivery is not always available it is depending on destinations. Additional charges apply to delivery made to airports, meets ect.

Please note we do not allow our clients to hire someone not affiliated with us to ever deliver or handle our puppies. We will not allow one to hire their own transport. Clients picking up must be the buyer. Contracts required buyer signatures not a delivery service.

Deposit good for a 18 month period from application date. You are agreeing to this condition when you submit this application. In no way does this APPLICATION lock you into a SPECIFIC puppy price. Prices will increase as needed. It is your responsibility to pay our current litter price Regardless of when application was submitted. Price increase is usually announced well in advance. I do not do this unless my costs have increased. If our current litter does not have the specific Sex preference you signed up for this does not fall under my 18 month policy. A “yes“ response is required for approval. If you have questions please ask.

Please tell me what a typical day is like in your household. Include as much information as you would like about your daily schedule and activities so I can get a feel for which puppy might be the best match for your family.

Please tell us if you have other animals in the house. Dog/cats and if any are unaltered. I do not allow our puppies to be adopted into household with intact dogs. They are pets only! limited registration means exactly as it sounds. I may require proof of alteration of household dogs. A note from your veterinarian is sufficient.

Are you prepared to groom your dog every 4 to 6 weeks and brush them daily?

Can you arrange to have someone let your puppy out for the first few months in the middle of your work day?

In light of recent health, economic and political uncertainties which have arisen out of the Covid-19 crisis, I, Teresa E Towner, of Northern Creek Standards LLC ask for force majeure protection in the event that we find ourselves in such a severe recession or economic depression that I am unable to fulfill my obligations to my clients. This would include government actions, war, economic depression, or similar forces beyond my control which would make breeding extremely impractical or impossible. Checking this box means you AGREE

This only applies—If you applied on Gooddog! Gooddog is the only form of payment we except from clients who found us on GoodDog. It is your responsibility to make deposits and balance payments on Gooddog link, provided below. I risk losing my account with them if I accept any other form of payment from their application.

Willing to wait could mean next fall/winter! You understand these terms. If for whatever reason your application is denied the deposit you sent is returned in the same form it was received less fees incurred from Paypal.

If for any reason we feel you have not been honest regarding the animals in your household or your living situation. I do reserve the right to refuse sale at anytime.

If you are a Gooddog applicant. *If that’s how you found me and contacted me through them. It is the agreement I have with gooddog. They unfortunately charge for their service now. Therefore the price on good dog is the price you will pay so that the fee’s are covered by you and not me. They are also non-refundable. Here’s the link
